Not all musicians started with good financial standing. There are musicians who started with just having a little money or those who are lacking in specific resources like priceless possessions and wealth. These people are more into trying hard to maintain what they already have or they are trying to do their best to turn their insufficient funds into a more adequate amount that would help them in their business.
Lets say you have a small music business and to you its not a great deal, you may somehow feel contented that this business of yours will just stay the same and you dont have to worry about it all. Is this all that you can think of with your business? Do you really want to be labeled as small? Of course not, You should aim high enough to reach your goals right. No one else is going to help you first but yourself. Come to think of it, you have already started, all you have to do is aim high and gradually push yourself to move forward and reach those goals.
Dont tell yourself that this is all I have got and I have nothing more to ask for, that is not the point here. The point is, whatever you make yourself believe is what you actually achieve, so when you say thats it, thats all its going to be. Why not look at it this way? Try to picture your music business three or five years from now, do you see any changes? If yes, focus on it. Try to evaluate how you think you were able to make it to the business three or five years from now and then after set your goals.
In three or five years time, you should have doubled your income, you should have achieved a label for your company and you probably have earned a lot of money. Money is everywhere, you can earn it from the streets. Its just a matter of you being able to think of a way to derive money for your music business where you definitely have to look for more options for you to do so.
Now what you need to do from your end is open up your mind into the realization that you are not fortunate and you can stand on your two feet without having to depend on anybody else. After having the confidence that you will be able to come forward to your goals, try sharing your blessings to certain foundations. Why do this? Because it would certainly bring back to you more than what you actually expect. This is one way of appreciating the life that was given to you and for the good things that happened to your life. Just make sure that you never take things foregranted and you will definitely gain from all of that hard work you have done.
