Growth in any business is important. Your business plan, customer service and the space to achieve this are very important. Hiring additional people or subcontracting may be required. The point we want to make in this paragraph is that growth needs to be managed, especially explosive growth. Companies that grow too fast often find that costs go up in a disproportional way and customer service suffers.
